Public Relations (PR)

Meowcon is a media lab project whereby we collaborated with Cats Welfare Society to host a cat convention during after-school-hours to promote and educate the public about the need for cat sterilisation



The DMC team collaborated with MediaCorp to provide 28 DMC students with hands-on experience to promote, publicise and engage an audience through various social media platforms. The students were given exclusive opportunity to interview MediaCorp celebrities, report on MediaCorp’s Localicious Roadshows and blog about the event.

This project gave them the opportunity to be up close and personal with the celebrities as well

Apart from just media collaterals used to publicize the campaign, our social media ambassadors were also given exclusive passes to attend and go back stage for some of the roadshows for localicious!
Projects in the media lab would more often than not, require our students to collaborate with external agencies. This exposes them to real world experience whereby they get to catch a glimpse of how things are like, the planning process and the time dedicated.
